I loved the W124 interior and exterior, but the only thing that disappointed me and my family are the gasoline fumes in the cockpit.
This is already for a year and finally put this line in question.

Each time (after a full tank of gas / petrol very full), and shortly after ignitiontion engine could smell the presence of gasoline vapor light.
The presence of gasoline vapors can also smell if conering suffered more acute with relatively high velocity at each level of the fuel, and occurs even when the tank is half full.

Besides the smooth ride, smooth acceleration and conering and even "kick-down is used repeatedly, there is no gasoline vapor calculated regatless selector switch to automatic program at any level of fuel in the tank.

I tried to pull the tank personally blankets and mats, in the case of the trunk and was leaving no visual inspection of oil, but the smell of gasoline only.
