Motor Scooter Batteries What Is Wrong With My 49cc Motor Scooter's Electric Start?

What is wrong with my 49cc motor scooter's electric start? - motor scooter batteries

I have a 49 cc motorcycle and have a problem with the electric starter. I turn the ignition to start, a copy of the press brake and electric and all I get is a ticking. Does not start with the electric starter, will take effect only beginning. I think it might be battery, the assembly of electrical or relay. How can I test to see what is the problem?
