Do you remember this TVO Kids show from the 90s? - mermaid toys from the 90s
It said something like Nolly.
And I was with this toy store that was like a doll in a box and a siren on the wall and singing lips.
Then it would cut like a caricature than Nolly and was in their city with a small yellow car.
Does anyone know the name of the program?
